Mongolian Beer

Beer patronage and range is developing all the time. There is now a small boutique brewery scene in Ulan Baatar, mainly following a German style of brewing. Mongolian beer is that typical lighter Eastern European sweetish pilsner style. The local 'dark' beer (again of German style) is mild and to this writers palate preferred over the pilsner types.

Bar tap at Ulaan Baatar restaurant and bar. Strong German influence.

Range of drinks: Aussie wine, beer then a suspicious 'White Label' another beer and of course Mongolian vodka
